At Spring Gate Stitchery, our Common Threads Project is more than just stitching—it’s a way of weaving community and purpose together. Each month, we select a different organization—sometimes arts-focused, sometimes addressing broader needs—and we dedicate a portion of our proceeds to them.
This project was born out of the belief that needlepoint, often rooted in tradition and personal stories, could also stitch together a wider social impact. We all have threads connecting us, whether through the art we make or the causes we care about. This is our way of ensuring those threads reach further—into underserved communities, youth programs, and more.
Every canvas you stitch with us isn’t just a piece of art; it’s a thread in a larger tapestry of giving. I’m so proud of where we’ve been, and even more excited for where these threads will lead us next!
